Your Profile

Hard skills:

  • Proven experience as a Chief Business Officer or similar executive leadership role in a technology-driven organization.

  • Experience in strategic planning and execution of business initiatives, ideally in a startup environment.

  • In-depth understanding of sales, marketing, finance, and operations in a technology-driven business.

  • Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and profitability in a similar business environment.

  • Familiarity with space industry, emerging technologies, and trends in the market.

  • Exceptional data analysis and decision-making skills.

  • Strong negotiation, contract management, and project management skills.

  • Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.

About the Company

SpaceLocker aims to make satellite missions more efficient and sustainable. To achieve this, we develop in-orbit payload hosting stations based on our docking port technology, the "USB port of satellites".

 

Our vision is to become the preferred solution for sending equipment into orbit, so as to reduce space pollution, and to become the leading supplier of docking interfaces for satellites.

As a CBO you will work closely with the CEO and executive team members to identify and pursue new business opportunities, forge strategic partnerships and collaborations, and ensure the success of the company's existing initiatives.

You will also be responsible for managing the company's financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, and overseeing sales & marketing. Last but not least you will be in charge, , with the cofounders, of recruiting the starting teams especially the business & sales unit.
